These terms apply to the Haint website and private-beta signup operated by Driftline, LLC.
Private beta
Haint is unfinished beta software. Features, route details, access, and invitations may change or be withdrawn. Joining the list does not guarantee an invitation or a release date.
Use safely
Pay attention to traffic, surfaces, weather, property boundaries, posted rules, and the people around you. Stop in a safe public place before looking at the screen. Never use Haint while driving.
Stories and content
Haint includes storytelling, local lore, and historical material. Lore is not presented as settled fact. The website and beta content belong to Driftline, LLC or their respective licensors and may not be republished as your own.
Availability and responsibility
The website and beta are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Driftline, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or beta.
